An exuberant,colourful and a beautiful traditional Egyptian dance form, Raqs Sharqi reaches out to all women regardless of age, shape, size or life experience.It creates self-confidence,provides an effective workout for the whole body and is especially beneficial to the back and spine. We dance barefoot or in soft shoes,in a long, full skirtwith a scarf to tie around our hips.
