Imagine a class which, using a small ball to provide a focus of attention, combines Yoga (for flexibility and strength), T'ai Chi (to unblock energy and strengthen internal organs), Pilates (for core stability), Feldenkreis Method (for relaxation and effortless movement) and Deep Relaxation (for harmony and well-being) - all within the philosophical framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine (incorporating the principles of Yin Yang, Chi, the Meridian System and the Five Elements)! Chi Balls are provided. You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing you can move in.
