Exercise is vital in maintaining health! All sizes, ages and levels are welcome in these non-competitive, non-intimidating, non-lycra, friendly and fun classes.
Keep Fit includes warm-up, 30 minutes of cardio-vascular exercise, abdominal strength training, body toning, cool down and stretch.
