The Weight Loss Programme combines hypnosis,nutrition and exercise in a unique programme for people with weight problems.Its aim is tohelp you create a healthy attitude toward food and eating which becomes a way of life – for the rest of your life…Led by a qualified andexperienced hypnotherapist,it will:

• Make you more aware ofunconscious influencesunderlying your weight problem
• Provide a sound educational base for developing your own personal weight reduction programme
• Offer a sharing,caring and supportive environment for self-exploration and discovery. Hypnotherapy sessions will alternate with work with an exercise specialist and a nutritional therapist. A CD and acoursebook are included in the class fee.
